The story behind Maelé
Maelé started where most beauty stories don't dare to go: with the women who quietly suffer from athlete's foot, intertrigo, and stubborn skin conditions that no creme has ever fully solved.
After ten years studying recurrent fungal cases in dermatology clinics, our founder noticed one pattern: creams treat the surface, but the source keeps coming back. Most antifungal solutions remove the symptom for a week, two at most, then the cycle restarts. Frustration, embarrassment, defeat.
So we set out to build the opposite of a cream. A solid, weighted French bar inspired by traditional apothecary methods: 12 fermented botanicals chosen for their proven ability to reach the source, not just sit on top. Tea tree. Neem. Propolis. Centella. Sulfur. Saponaria. Each ingredient picked for one job.
