PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
International shipping is planned for 2026.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
United States
- Standard Shipping (7-12 business days): $5.90
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $35
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or holidays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order includes full end-to-end tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@maeleritual.com.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partners. Carrier selection depends on your destination to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Maelé is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Contact your local post office or carrier
3. Wait 24-48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
If the package does not arrive, contact us at contact@maeleritual.com and we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Our antifungal purifying bars are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@maeleritual.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
RETURNS WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. For complete return instructions, please refer to our Refund Policy.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For orders shipped within the United States, no customs fees apply. All applicable U.S. sales taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.
