Drop the bar inside the pouch, wet it thoroughly, then squeeze and rub. The pouch creates a thick, rich foam in 5 seconds and provides a gentle exfoliation. Hang it dry between uses (do not store wet).

With daily use on a single problem area (e.g., feet), one bar lasts 4-6 weeks. With less frequent use or smaller zones, up to 8-10 weeks. Each bundle includes multiple bars so you can use one and store the others dry.
