Eligibility
- Request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- We accept refunds even on opened and used products. We believe in real-world testing, not unused returns.

- We will respond within 24-48 hours and confirm your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer expense unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace your product at no cost.
