Where we ship
Maelé currently ships across Australia, including all states and territories.
Processing time
Orders are reviewed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard shipping: 5-8 business days from order date. Our products are based in France with European care and shipped via trusted international carriers.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $45 — flat rate of $9.95
- Orders of $45 and above — free shipping
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor your package progress at any time via the provided link.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reship orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses without additional charges.
